The Gun & Country Club in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids from reputable and experienced security companies for the provision of comprehensive security services. This procurement aims to engage a professional security firm capable of providing trained security personnel to ensure the safety and security of the club's premises and members. Interested firms must be registered with the relevant government departments and possess a valid license to operate as a security agency. The bidding process will follow a single-stage, two-envelope procedure, requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Detailed tender documents, including the scope of work and eligibility criteria, can be obtained from the club's administration office during regular business hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided in the tender document no later than 11:00 AM on 25 May 2026. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the bidders' representatives to ensure transparency and compliance.
