Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Agricultural Storage & Services Corporation Limited (PASSCO) in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed tenders from experienced and well-reputed service providers for the provision of comprehensive janitorial services. The contract involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at the PASSCO Zonal Office and designated storage sites within the Islamabad region. Eligible firms must demonstrate a proven track record in facilities management and be registered with the FBR and local provincial revenue authorities. The selection process will follow the PPRA guidelines, specifically the Single Stage - One Envelope bidding procedure. Tender documents containing detailed terms and conditions, scope of work, and evaluation criteria can be obtained from the Zonal Office. Bidders are required to submit a earnest money deposit along with their proposals. The completed bid documents must reach the office of the Zonal Head no later than 11:30 AM on 27 May 2026, where they will be opened shortly thereafter in the presence of the participants.
