Transportation of Goods Framework Contract FY 2026-27 by DHQ Govt. General Hospital Samanabad

DHQ Govt. General Hospital Samanabad and Govt. Al-Hamd Hospital Nishatabad, both located in Faisalabad, Punjab, invite e-bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System for a framework contract of transportation of goods valued at 3 million rupees for the financial year 2026-27. The contract encompasses transportation services for both hospital facilities and will be awarded on an item-wise basis to well-reputed registered firms. The estimated cost is 3 million rupees with a bid security requirement of 2 percent, equivalent to 0.06 million rupees.

All potential bidders must be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System in relevant categories and shall submit their bids electronically through the system. Bid security must be submitted in the form of a CDR, bank draft, or pay order in favour of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Govt. General Hospital Samanabad, Faisalabad. The successful bidder will be required to deposit a performance guarantee equal to 2 percent of the total contract value in the shape of CDR, bank draft, or bank guarantee, refundable upon successful completion of contract obligations.

General Hospital Samanabad, Faisalabad and must be received on the Punjab E-Procurement System by 10 August 2026 at 10:30 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:00 AM the same day.
