Description / Scope of Work
The Khyber Teaching Hospital (MTI) in Peshawar, KPK invites sealed tenders for the supply and installation of various janitorial items and equipment required for hospital maintenance and hygiene standards. This procurement is aimed at registered firms and authorized suppliers capable of providing high-quality cleaning machinery and tools. The bidding process will be conducted under the Single Stage - Single Envelope procedure in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) rules. Interested bidders can obtain the detailed tender documents, including the specific list of equipment and technical specifications, from the procurement department during regular working hours. All participants must provide a bid security as mentioned in the tender conditions. The technical and financial proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the office of the Medical Director. The deadline for the submission of bid documents is 10:00 AM on 25 May 2026, and the bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of the purchase committee and bidders' representatives.
