The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the high-priority infrastructure project involving the construction of an underpass at Samanabad Morr on Multan Road. This significant urban development effort is designed to streamline traffic flow and reduce congestion at one of the city's critical intersections. The project scope encompasses comprehensive civil works, structural engineering, and road surfacing as per the detailed technical specifications provided in the bidding documents. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category and possess a valid license for the current financial year. The procurement process will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules. Interested firms can obtain tender forms from the office of the Chief Engineer, LDA, upon payment of the non-refundable tender fee.
