Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division Lakki Marwat in Lakki Marwat, KPK invites sealed bids through the E-PADS system for the construction and rehabilitation of various drinking water supply and sanitation schemes under ADP No. 178/250926. The extensive scope of work includes the solarization of 10-nos pressure pumps, annual repair and maintenance of civil works for the year 2025-26 in Tehsil Ghazni Khel, and several other infrastructure improvements across newly merged districts. This procurement is open to eligible government contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and the FBR with an active taxpayer status. Bidding will follow both Single Stage Two Envelope and Single Stage Single Envelope procedures depending on the specific sub-work. Detailed bidding documents and instructions are available on the KPPRA e-procurement website. Contractors must submit a 2% bid security in the form of a CDR with their proposals. The deadline for the submission of sealed bids is 12:00 Noon on 25 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 2:00 PM on the same day.
