The Directorate of Animal Health & Veterinary Services in Muzaffarabad invites sealed bids for the procurement of furniture and deep freezers under the development project 'Immunization Programme Against Contagious Diseases & Strengthening of First Aid Centers in AJK' for the financial year 2025-26. This tender is open to reputable income tax registered firms and companies. The procurement follows the 'Single Stage Two Envelope' bidding procedure in accordance with AJKPPRA Rules 2017. Interested bidders must provide a bid security of 60,000 PKR for furniture and 10,000 PKR for deep freezers. Bids must be submitted by 10:00 AM on 22 May 2026, with the technical opening scheduled for 11:00 AM on the same day. The scope of supply includes complete office furniture sets (tables, chairs) and deep freezers to be delivered within seven days of the contract award.
