The Pakistan Single Window in Islamabad, Federal Government invites e-bids through the PPRA EPADS portal for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of office furniture. This project is located at the PSW Office on the 1st Floor of the NTC Building in Sector G-5/2. The procurement scope includes providing high-quality furniture items designed to meet modern office standards and functional requirements. Interested bidders must be experienced vendors registered with the FBR for both Income and Sales Tax and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List. To participate, suppliers must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 14 May 2026 at 11:30 AM to address technical queries. The final deadline for electronic bid submission via the EPADS portal is 22 May 2026 at 11:00 AM, with the formal opening of bids occurring at 11:30 AM on the same day. This tender process adheres to the Public Procurement Rules of 2004 to ensure a transparent and competitive selection of qualified furniture suppliers."
