Description / Scope of Work
The Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University of Technology & Skill Development in Khairpur, Sindh invites sealed bids from reputable firms and authorized dealers for the procurement of various tools and equipment. This tender is divided into two main lots focusing on Mechanical and Civil Engineering departments to support DAE and B.S degree courses. The procurement process follows the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2019) under the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure. Interested bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) for Sales Tax, and must not be blacklisted. A bid security of 2% of the total bid price is required in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Procurement Officer or downloaded from the SPPRA website upon payment of a 3,000 PKR non-refundable fee. All bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 04 June 2026, with the technical and financial opening taking place at 11:30 AM on the same day.
