Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Forensic Science Agency in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of spare parts and maintenance services for the cargo lift at its head office in Thokar Niaz Baig. The scope of work includes the supply and installation of an 18.5 KW control panel with inverter-based technology, audible infotainment systems, levelling sensors, and integrated ARD solutions. Additionally, the project covers the replacement of steel wire ropes, main motor bearings, and the provision of a 1.5-ton non-inverter air conditioning unit with necessary piping. This procurement is conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and must not be blacklisted by any government organization. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal. The deadline for electronic submission is 11:00 AM on 29 May 2026, with the technical bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
