Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited, under the Ministry of Housing and Works, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids through the E-PADS online procurement platform for the supply, installation and commissioning of a passenger lift with a capacity of 630 kilograms, four stops, and a speed of 1.0 metre per second at the PIDCL Head Office in Islamabad, Sindh province. This single-stage, one-envelope procurement follows PPRA rules and is open to firms with valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the appropriate category and specialization code ME-03 or EE-11(vi). The scope includes a gearless traction motor with FUJI Drive, a fully imported Monarch Cabinet controller, ARD winch, speed governor, full height door sensor, WECO height sensor, voice announcer, car door drive and landing door tracks, hairless stainless steel doors, hairline stainless steel cabin walls and ceiling, Hampcore Germany ropes, and a local cabin base frame and counterweight. Bidders must pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 to obtain documents from the E-PADS portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk/. Bid security of five percent of the quoted amount shall be submitted as a CDR or bank guarantee in favour of Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited.
