Description / Scope of Work
The Pakhtunkhwa Energy Development Organization (PEDO) in Chitral, KPK invites sealed bids for the procurement and installation of 33 KV transmission line accessories and transformers. This project serves the Reshun to Terich Feeder-II/Lot-I of the 4.2 MW Reshun Hydropower Complex in District Upper Chitral. Following a Single Stage One Envelope procedure, the contract requires bidders to possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council license in category C6 or above, specifically with specialized codes EE04 and EE05. Participants must also be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidding documents can be acquired from the Employer's office or downloaded via the E-PAK Acquisition and Disposal Systems for a non-refundable fee of 2,000 Rupees. A bid security amounting to two percent of the total quoted cost is mandatory. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal no later than 14:00 Hrs on 03 June 2026, with a physical hard copy delivered to the PEDO office in Peshawar for evaluation purposes.
