Description / Scope of Work
The Customs Academy of Pakistan (CAP), Karachi, invites proposals (RFP) for the hiring of a specialized consultant or firm for curriculum design and educational program management. The selected consultant will be responsible for preparing the structure for the Specialized Training Program (STP) for Pakistan Customs Service (PCS) officers. Key responsibilities include designing instructional modules, pedagogical strategies, and performance improvement frameworks. Eligible applicants must possess a Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field with at least 20 years of professional experience in capacity building and strategic planning. The contract is for the 2026-27 session, extendable annually. Bids must be submitted via the EPADS system by June 3, 2026.
