Description / Scope of Work
The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed tenders for the installation of high-tension and low-tension infrastructure across several tehsils. The scope of work specifically covers the erection of HT/LT structures and PC spun poles, including comprehensive loading, unloading, concreting, backfilling, and the fixing of stay rods within Tehsil Jand, Pindi Gheb, and Fateh Jang. These projects are part of the Village Electrification program under the jurisdiction of the RE Division IESCO Taxila. Eligible contractors must demonstrate technical competence in electrical infrastructure and provide a bid security as specified in the bidding documents. The procurement follows a Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with national bidding standards. Bidders are required to submit their proposals via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Complete technical and financial bids must be finalized and submitted through the portal no later than 11:00 AM on 13 May 2026, ensuring all documentation and integrity pacts are properly signed and attached.
