Description / Scope of Work
Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites electronic bids for extensive electrical infrastructure projects across various divisions including Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar, Rahim Yar Khan, and D.G. Khan. The scope of work involves the safe handling, transportation, shifting, and erection of HT/LT structures and PC spun poles (31', 36', and 45'), along with stringing of HT/LT lines and providing PCC foundations with earthing. These works are critical for power distribution enhancements and electrification projects within the MEPCO jurisdiction. Eligible firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2025-26 with specialization codes EE-04, EE-05, and CE-10. The procurement follows a Single Stage One Envelope procedure via the EPADS portal. Bidders are required to deposit an original 3% bid security in the form of a CDR at the MEPCO Construction Headquarters in Multan. All technical and financial bids must be submitted through the EPADS system by 11:00 AM on 08 June 2026.
