The Lahore Development Authority in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for the major infrastructure project involving the Dualization of the Road from Burki Road to Hadyara Drain via Lidher and Karbath, specifically focusing on the stretch from Bedian Road to Hadyara Drain. This significant civil works project has an estimated cost of approximately 929.176 million Rupees and is expected to be completed within a six-month period. Interested contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-3 or above with relevant specialization codes. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility requirements include valid registration with the FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority, as well as evidence of financial capability and similar project experience. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost, amounting to approximately 18.584 million Rupees, is required.
