Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) Head Office invites sealed electronic bids for a one-year commercial contract for the excavation and transportation of rock salt from Jansukh Mine No. 03 at PMDC Salt Mines, Warcha. The project scope encompasses an annual estimated target of 70,000 Metric Tons for raising, excavation, and separation of good quality saleable rock salt, alongside comprehensive carriage and hauling services split between the Main Depot (63,000 M.T.) and direct deliveries to M/s. Olympia Chemicals (7,000 M.T.). Eligible contracting firms must be actively registered with the relevant Sales Tax, Income Tax, and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) departments. Bidding will be executed via the electronic procurement platform using the EPADS gateway. Bidders must upload their technical and financial proposals and submit a required refundable bid security of 600,000 Rupees in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft drawn in favor of PMDC Salt Mines, Warcha on or before 11:00 AM on 04 June 2026.
