Description / Scope of Work
The Regional Tax Office in Faisalabad, operating under the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), invites sealed electronic bids from authorized distributors, firms, suppliers, and contractors. The procurement scope involves providing high-quality motor vehicle engine oil, oil filters, air filters, and dry batteries (such as Daewoo 60 AH, 50 AH, and 100 AH) for the official fleet of vehicles, including models like Honda City, Suzuki Cultus, Toyota Revo, Toyota Hilux, and Suzuki Mehran. Bidding is conducted entirely online via the e-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS). Eligible bidders must possess a valid National Tax Number (NTN), maintain active status on the FBR's Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and hold active GST/PST registrations. Complete bidding documents detailing exact unit rates with tax and items purchased under the head 'Repair of Transport' can be downloaded from the EPADS or PPRA portals. All electronic proposals must be submitted through the portal by 11:00 AM on 03 June 2026, and will be opened publicly at 11:30 AM on the same day in the Conference Room of the Regional Tax Office on Jail Road, Faisalabad.
