For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This tender targets a niche segment of authorized vehicle dealers and manufacturers who can supply specialized emergency and mortuary vehicles, not general suppliers, narrowing the competitive field considerably. The scale appears modest given the low bid security of Rs. 10,000, suggesting a limited quantity purchase rather than a large fleet expansion. Bidders should note the strict two-envelope electronic process and that manual submissions are barred, requiring EPADS registration well before the deadline to avoid disqualification on procedural grounds.
Who can bid: Eligible bidders must be Authorized Dealers or Manufacturers registered with PPRA on EPADS and hold valid NTN registration with FBR, as explicitly stated. Typically, such vehicle supply tenders also require company registration with SECP, sales tax registration, and manufacturer authorization letters, though these are not explicitly listed here.
