Description / Scope of Work
The Project Management Unit of the Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department in Lahore, Punjab invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputed, experienced, and registered tax-paying corporate entities, firms, and joint ventures to provide Transaction Advisory Services. The core scope of this project involves developing a financially viable mechanism for rental revenue generation through the commercialization of prime PMU revenue land located at 32-A, Main Gulberg, Lahore, under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) or joint venture framework. Eligible consultancy firms must possess extensive corporate experience in financial modeling, real estate transactional frameworks, and legal asset evaluation. Interested parties can obtain the detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) and evaluation criteria from the procurement office during standard working hours. Sealed technical and financial proposals prepared strictly in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules must be submitted to the PMU office no later than 11:00 AM on 05 June 2026, where they will be opened publicly at 11:30 AM on the same day.
