Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Executive Engineer PWD, Highways Division Rawalakot in Rawalakot, Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites competitive electronic bids under a Single Stage-Single Envelope E-Bidding System for major infrastructure development and civil engineering works. The public works project is structured across multiple distinct infrastructure packages, including the construction, shingling, topping, and general alignment of a 3.0-mile stretch from Punch to an automated destination framework, and the improvement, reconditioning, and black topping of a 3.0-mile infrastructure route from Punch AJAX to College Kayan via Ludhianat. An additional package includes a 1.0-mile road asset creation work connecting the Local Government School to the Thanato Link Low Range road. Interested engineering contractors must hold an active registration in the appropriate category matching the specific work volume. Electronic proposals must be completely finalized and submitted via the designated e-bidding portal dashboard no later than 10:30 AM on 02 June 2026.
