The Port Qasim Authority (PQA) in Bin Qasim, Karachi, Sindh invites sealed engineering consultancy proposals from eligible consulting firms for the comprehensive planning, structural designing, and detailed construction supervision of committed infrastructure facilities. This public sector development project covers Package-I, Package-II, and Package-II-A (Al-Watan) situated within the Eastern Industrial Zone of Port Qasim. Eligible consulting engineering firms must hold active registrations with the Pakistan Engineering Council and maintain active taxpayer status with the Federal Board of Revenue and provincial revenue authorities. A pre-bid orientation meeting will be hosted on 25 May 2026 at 02:30 PM in the Conference Room of the Main Administration Building to address clarifications. A mandatory proposal security of 2.0 million Rupees must be furnished alongside the technical bid. Technical and financial proposals must be fully prepared and uploaded onto the electronic EPADS portal no later than 11:30 AM on 25 June 2026.
