Description / Scope of Work
Vision Healthcare Foundation (VHCF) invites proposals from qualified Design-Build entities, either as a single firm or as a consortium led by one responsible entity, for integrated design, approvals support, construction, testing, commissioning and handover of Phase 1 Chakki Community Healthcare Centre located in Pindi Gheb, District Attock, Punjab. The assignment scope includes preparation of a long-term Phase 2 site master plan, though construction of Phase 2 is not included in this procurement. The RFP reference number is V0HCF/RFP/CHC-CHAKKI/2026/01, issued on 21 August 2026.
Interested firms must be qualified Design-Build entities capable of delivering comprehensive healthcare facility development from design through commissioning. Firms may submit proposals individually or as consortiums with one responsible lead entity. Bidders are required to obtain and review the complete RFP documentation including all annexures before submission. Only written clarifications and formal addenda issued by VHCF shall modify the RFP terms.

A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 25 August 2026 at 11:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time. The clarification deadline is 28 August 2026 at 5:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time.
