Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Education Initiatives Management Authority in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids from eligible and experienced service providers for the procurement of comprehensive security and janitorial services for its head office. The scope of work involves providing trained security guards, supervisory staff, and skilled janitorial personnel along with necessary cleaning equipment and materials to maintain high standards of safety and hygiene. Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including the Federal Board of Revenue and Punjab Revenue Authority, and must be on the Active Taxpayers List. A single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure will be followed, and a specific bid security amount must accompany the technical proposal. Complete bidding documents containing detailed specifications, terms of reference, and evaluation criteria can be obtained from the PEIMA office or downloaded via the Punjab PPRA website. Final proposals must be submitted manually or electronically as instructed no later than 11:30 AM on 04 June 2026.
