Description / Scope of Work
The Water & Sanitation Agency (WASA) Khushab in Khushab, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders from registered contractors and firms for an approved development scheme under the 1st Bi-Annual 2026 Market Rate System. The project entails the raising of 187 manhole chambers utilizing new recycled plastic composite (RPC) manhole covers and frames across Khushab and Jauharabad City. To be eligible, participating firms must possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council license in the respective category and must be registered on the Punjab PPRA electronic procurement platform. Electronic proposals must be submitted through the EPADS system by 11:00 AM on 02 June 2026, alongside a mandatory five percent bid security deposit of 140,855 Rupees uploaded as a Call Deposit Receipt. Bidders are required to submit the original hard copy of the CDR to the Deputy Director of Engineering one hour prior to the bid opening time of 11:30 AM on the closing date, and the successful contractor must complete the civil works within a strict two-month execution period.
