Description / Scope of Work
The Pir Mehr Ali Shah Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites sealed bids on a FOR main campus basis for the purchase of miscellaneous items for DITS. The procurement process welcomes reputable and well-established firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order suppliers, or authorized partners who hold valid registrations with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments. Bidders must follow a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab PPRA Rule 38 2a. Submissions require both a soft form via the E-PAD System and a hard copy delivered to the university office. Proposals must include a company profile, a client list, and 2% earnest money of the estimated price in favor of the Treasurer. Technical and financial bids must be submitted no later than 11:00 AM on 22 May 2026, with the official opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day at the Directorate of Procurement and Inventory Control.
