Description / Scope of Work
The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) in Lahore, Punjab invites encrypted electronic bids under a single-stage, two-envelope open competitive bidding procedure for the supply and installation of tools, machinery, and equipment for Electrical Engineering Technology of GCTR. This public procurement project operates under reference number TEVTA/PO-823/2025-26 and carries an estimated total cost of 22,315,000 Rupees. Eligible participants must be active taxpayers registered on the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) as well as with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Bidders are required to submit an physical original bid security of 446,300 Rupees in the shape of a Bank Guarantee, CDR, Bankers Cheque, Pay Order, or Demand Draft in favor of the Chairperson TEVTA. Encrypted technical and financial e-bids must be submitted online through the e-PADS portal no later than 10:20 AM on 08 June 2026, with the official opening session scheduled for 11:00 AM on the same day.
