The Office of the Deputy Commissioner and Chairman of the District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) in Khanewal, Punjab invites encrypted electronic pre-qualification bids from eligible companies, vendors, firms, and general order suppliers registered on the e-PADS system under Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority rules. This public safety and emergency preparedness framework contract is for the provision of standardized relief goods and emergency equipment for the Flood and Monsoon Season of 2026, spanning the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement is split across multiple high-value lots, including Lot 1 for Food Hampers / Ration Bags valued at an estimated 56,500,000 Rupees, Lot 2 for Cooked Food (per Daig) valued at 75,060,000 Rupees, and Lot 3 for Miscellaneous items valued at 22,500,000 Rupees. Bidders must upload their technical qualification documents on the e-PADS portal and submit a mandatory two percent bid security of the estimated cost for each specific lot in the form of a bank guarantee or call deposit receipt before the official closing hour.
