Description / Scope of Work
The National Tariff Commission in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed e-tenders through the Single Stage-One Envelope bidding procedure for the comprehensive renovation of its office building. The scope of work encompasses specialized interior civil works, modernization of workspace facilities, electrical infrastructure upgrades, and general structural renovations on the 4th Floor of State Life Building No. 05 at China Chowk, Blue Area. Registered contractors and firms possessing valid tax registrations with the Federal Board of Revenue, including Active Taxpayer Status for Income Tax and Sales Tax, are eligible to apply. Bidders must also demonstrate a solid financial standing and relevant past experience in executing building renovation or civil works projects. Technical and financial bids must be compiled and submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System portal. All submissions must be uploaded via the EPADS system no later than 11:30 AM on 01 June 2026, where they will be opened on the same day in accordance with Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules.
