The Office of the Assistant Director (Sr), Local Government & Rural Development Department in South Waziristan, KPK invites sealed electronic tenders for the comprehensive repair and maintenance of electricity transformers at constituency PK-110 South Waziristan Lower. The engineering procurement is based on the Mainized Rate Schedule (MRS-2025 1st Bi-Annual) and approved non-MRS items as per the PC-I project specification, carries an estimated total project cost of 10.00 million Rupees. This procurement follows a Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure conducted entirely through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System portal. Eligible government contractors must possess valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant engineering category, alongside current enlistment with the Communication and Works Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders must also maintain an active taxpayer status with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and Federal Board of Revenue. All electronic proposals, accompanied by a scanned copy of the 2% bid security valued at 200,000 Rupees, must be submitted via the EPADS platform no later than 12:30 PM on 02 June 2026
