The Pakistan State Oil Company Limited in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed quotations for the procurement of additional software licenses, modules, and integration services for its Radar Tank Gauges Centralized Solution. The scope of work involves expanding the system capability from 100 to 250 licenses to accommodate 150 additional storage tanks across multiple terminal locations, including Tarujabba, Daulatpur, Habibabad, and KTB terminals. The project features Endress + Hauser Tankvision Professional software setup, custody transfer approved calculation modules, and I/O communication modules supporting third-party protocols such as Modbus and Enraf BPM. Eligible contractors must provide all resources for turnkey configuration, integration, and commissioning, ensuring real-time data exchange with the central dashboard. Bidders must possess relevant expertise, attach technical brochures, and offer a one-year comprehensive on-site OEM warranty.
