Office of the Municipal Committee Depalpur in Depalpur, Okara District, Punjab invites interested contractors and registered firms for the public auction of annual collection rights and lease revenues for the upcoming fiscal financial year 2026-2027. This public government auction operates strictly under the frameworks outlined by the Punjab Local Government (Auction of Collection Rights) Rules 2018. The auction features diverse collection contracts including standard parking fees, vehicle stands, and administrative municipal service revenues spanning from 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. To participate in the open public auction, all participating contractors must provide valid registration certificates issued by any Deputy Commissioner in Punjab for the current financial period, carry a fresh formal authority letter if representing a company, possess a valid Computerized National Identity Card, and clear all past municipal dues to ensure they are not active default accounts. Interested participants are required to deposit a mandatory refundable earnest money bid security in the form of a Bank Draft or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) processed in favor of the Municipal Committee Depalpur before entering the auction hall. The formal public auction session will be held out loud in the main hall of the Municipal Committee Depalpur building at 11:00 AM on Monday, 25 May 2026.
