Description / Scope of Work
The National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), an agency of the Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids through the EPADS V2.0 e-procurement platform from eligible registered bidders for the supply of durable goods to NAVTTC. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as described in the Bid Security Section of the bidding document, submitted in the form of a Pay Order in favour of NAVTTC Fund. The procurement follows the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and is subject to Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) oversight under Rules 48, with details available on EPADS V2.0 and on the Authority's website at www.ppra.org.pk.
