The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLIC), Real Estate Division in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed electronic bids through the EPADS v2.0 portal for the procurement of non-consultancy services under a single-stage two-envelope open competitive bidding procedure. The specific scope of work entails providing technical services for the comprehensive re-filling and repairing of fire extinguishers installed across its corporate network of commercial high-rise properties, including State Life Buildings No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 11, and 12 in Karachi. This public government procurement follows the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in strict line with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Eligible contractors must maintain active sales tax and income tax registrations, possess necessary technical competence, and satisfy mandatory safety thresholds. Bids must include a valid Bid Security or Bid Securing Declaration, and final electronic proposals must be successfully uploaded via the official online platform no later than 11:00 AM on Wednesday, 03 June 2026.
