The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) (Material Management Directorate) in Islamabad, Federal Government invites electronic sealed bids for the high-volume Procurement of P.G Connectors. This national competitive bidding process follows the Single Stage-One Envelope framework and utilizes the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in strict accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The procurement scope entails provisioning heavy-duty Parallel Groove (P.G) connectors engineered for stable electrical connectivity and distribution network maintenance across the designated institutional grid regions. Eligible suppliers, manufacturers, and authorized dealers must maintain active tax profiles and be listed on the Federal Board of Revenue's active taxpayer directories. All prospective bidding entities are required to complete their digital registrations on the upgraded EPADS v2.0 portal on or before Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 10:30 AM. Prepared technical and financial proposals must be compiled and uploaded digitally via the network prior to the formal opening deadline capped at 11:00 AM on 02 June 2026.
