Description / Scope of Work
The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids from well-reputed, experienced engineering firms and contractors for the comprehensive repair and maintenance of various commercial offices within the G-6 operational zone. The scope of work encompasses major structural repairs, routine civil works, building renovation, and facility upkeep to ensure uninterrupted administrative services across several regional IESCO subdivisions. All interested engineering contractors must hold valid registrations with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and must be active filers listed on the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) active taxpayers list. Bidding documents with complete bills of quantities, architectural specifications, and execution rules can be purchased from the Executive Engineer (Civil) office upon submission of a formal request on company letterhead and a non-refundable cash deposit. Technical and financial bids must be submitted in a single sealed envelope directly to the procurement office by 11:30 AM on 10 June 2026, with the public bid opening scheduled to take place immediately at 12:00 PM on the same date.
