The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) (Material Management Directorate) in Islamabad, Federal Government invites electronic sealed bids for the high-volume Procurement of 25 KVA Pole Mounted Distribution Transformer components. This national competitive bidding framework operates under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in strict compliance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The technical scope of work involves manufacturing, testing, and provisioning specialized 25 KVA pole-mounted step-down distribution transformers designed to stabilize electricity distribution networks and reinforce grid operations across the designated regional circuits. Participating bidding entities, suppliers, and authorized industrial manufacturers must hold an active registration status with the Federal Board of Revenue's income and sales tax directories. Eligible vendors must complete their digital profile enrollments on the upgraded EPADS v2.0 network on or before Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 10:30 AM. Final technical and financial proposals must be compiled and uploaded digitally via the electronic portal prior to the formal opening deadline capped at 11:00 AM on 02 June 2026.
