Description / Scope of Work
Sealed bids are invited on prescribed tender forms from reputable firms and insurance companies registered for income tax and sales tax with FBR and SRB for the Annual Insurance Contract in Lahore, Punjab. The tender encompasses multiple insurance coverages including fire insurance for stocks, stores, spares and tools; fire insurance for building, plant and machinery; motor vehicles insurance; marine airport policy; and group health insurance covering employees, spouses and children as well as parents. Additionally, group life insurance, pay continuation insurance and other related coverage are included in this comprehensive procurement. The contract duration and scope are specified in the detailed tender documents with an earnest money refundable amount of Rs 500,000. Tender forms cost Rs 2,000 and are non-refundable, available from the mentioned address between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon from Monday to Friday.
Bidders must be registered insurance companies with FBR and SRB credentials for both income tax and sales tax compliance. Only technically qualified bidders meeting all eligibility criteria will be considered for financial bid evaluation. Bids must be complete, conditional bids without earnest money and received after the due date and time will not be considered under any circumstances.
Tender submissions are due on 08-06-2026 at 03:00 p.m., with technical bids to be opened on the same date at 03:30 p.m. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Tender documents and general terms and conditions are obtainable from the above-mentioned office during business hours. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later under intimation to technically qualified bidders.
