Defence Forces Headquarters Chaklala Rawalpindi is conducting an auction of unserviceable store items including tyres, batteries, MT scrap, used engine oil and vehicles on 15 June 2026 at 1100 hours in Dhoke Kashmiran, Rawalpindi. The auction will be held at the Defence Forces Headquarters Unit Lines MT Section. Interested parties and prospective bidders can inspect and view the unserviceable stores items from 1000 hours on the same day to assess the condition and quality of items before participating in the bidding process. This auction represents an opportunity for buyers to acquire surplus defence equipment and materials at competitive rates in Rawalpindi, Punjab.
Each individual participant must deposit Rs. 500 to participate in the auction and is required to carry original CNIC (National Identity Card) for verification purposes. The successful bidder will be required to deposit 25 percent of the total auction amount on the spot immediately after winning the bid. The remaining 75 percent of the auction amount must be deposited within 7 days from the date of auction. Failure to deposit the remaining amount within the stipulated timeframe will result in confiscation of the 25 percent advance deposit. Defence Forces Headquarters reserves the right to accept or reject any bid received.
