Description / Scope of Work
The Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) invites competitive bids for the procurement of training material for the Shuttering and Scaffolding Trade under the Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Hunarmand Program at Govt. College of Technology Bhakkar, Punjab. This Single Stage One Envelope tender has an estimated value of PKR 844,915 and covers the supply of specialized training equipment and materials required for vocational skill development in shuttering and scaffolding techniques. The tender is being conducted under national competitive bidding procedures with bids to be evaluated on an accumulative cost basis using the least cost method.
Bidders must be active taxpayers registered with both the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments of Pakistan to participate in this procurement. A bid security of PKR 42,246 is required, to be submitted in the form of a CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft in favor of the Principal, Govt. College of Technology Bhakkar. All required documentation including income and sales tax registration certificates must accompany the bid submission. The bidding documents are available for free download from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk.
Bids must be submitted online through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk no later than 12:00 PM on 03-06-2026, with bid opening scheduled for 12:30 PM the same day. Original bid security documents must be delivered physically to Govt. College of Technology Bhakkar well before the bid opening time. Bidders are strongly advised to upload their bids well in advance of the deadline.
