Description / Scope of Work
Hazara University Mansehra, through its Procurement Office, invites sealed bids from manufacturers only for the supply of transformers under the project titled Uplifting of Academic and Infrastructure Facilities at Hazara University Mansehra. The procurement encompasses supply of 200 KVA pole mounted distribution transformers (quantity 06 units) and 400 KVA pole mounted distribution transformers (quantity 01 unit), both complete in all respects and conforming to the latest WAPDA specification incorporating all amendments for three phase pole-mounted transformers having a voltage ratio of 11/0.415 KVA. This is a single stage one envelope procedure for procurement in Mansehra, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Bidders must be manufacturers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for sales tax, active on the taxpayer list (NTN), and holding valid PBC registration in the relevant category. Bid security of 2% of the total quoted amount must be submitted as an original Demand Draft or Call Deposit in favor of the Treasurer, Hazara University Mansehra. A tender fee of Rs 3,000 (non-refundable) is mandatory for all participating bidders.
Tender documents are available for download from EPADS. All bids must be completed in all respects and submitted on Wednesday 10 June 2026 by 1400 hours, with opening scheduled for the same day at 14:30 hours in the conference hall of the administration block on EPADS. Prospective bidders are required to provide original Demand Draft or Call deposit of bid security and tender cost on or before closing time.
