SAP Training Firm Hiring by Pakistan Education Endowment Fund

Pakistan Education Endowment Fund (PAK-EEF-NEST), a non-profit organization under the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, invites sealed bids from reputable firms for the provision of hands-on SAP software training to PAK-EEF-NEST employees. This procurement aims to enhance the technical capabilities of the organization's workforce through quality external auditor engagement and professional development services. The bidding process is open to SECP-approved and registered reputed companies having offices in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, with valid National Tax Numbers (NTN) and registration with the Sales Tax Department.

Eligible bidders must be SECP-registered and reputed companies operating in Islamabad with valid NTN and Sales Tax registration. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of the required amount in an acceptable form as specified in the bidding document. All prospective bidders are required to register on the e-PADS portal (e-Procurement & Disposal System V2.0) at https://eprocure.gov.pk and submit their bids electronically in accordance with the Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure outlined in the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
