Description / Scope of Work
The Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division), Nankana Sahib invites electronic bids for the procurement of furniture items under Tender Document No. 03/2025-26 for the financial year 2025-26. The total available budget for this procurement is PKR 2,185,800, with a bid security requirement of PKR 65,574 representing two percent of the total contract value. The procurement is being conducted in Nankana Sahib, Punjab, through open competitive bidding using the electronic procurement system (E-PADS) in accordance with Punjab Procurement Authority Act 2009 and Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
Eligible bidders must be registered firms, companies, sole proprietorships, or general order service providers duly registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities, and must be registered on the e-Procurement System (EPADS). Bidders should not be associated with any firm engaged by the procuring agency for preparation of design, specifications, or other related documents. Bidders are required to submit original bid security of three percent of the total amount as mentioned in the bid data sheet in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft, or pay order. Performance guarantee of ten percent of the total contract value must be deposited upon contract award.
Bidders must download bidding documents from the PPRA website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk or the EPADS website at http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk before the closing date. Technical and financial bids must be submitted online on the E-Procurement system (E-PADS) by 04.05.2026 at 12:00 PM, with opening scheduled for 04.05.2026 at 12:30 PM.
