Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), a gas transmission and distribution company, invites sealed bids for the supply of Cement OPC Fresh. The procurement is advertised under Tender Enquiry No. FCS/SDQ/TE/020/26 with a closing date of 8 June 2026 at 15:00 hours and public opening at 15:30 hours the same day. The tender is open to original manufacturers, authorized distributors, dealers, authorized stockiest suppliers, and stockiest with authority letters, all of whom must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and possess valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificates for the fiscal year 2025-26. Eligible bidders must also be on the Active Taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidders are required to submit a tender download and printing charges fee of Rs. 1,000 in the form of CASH, CDR, SDR, or Bankers Cheque payable to SNGPL and sent to the Procurement Department by the tender closing date. A bid bond in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order must be submitted with the quotation, issued by a scheduled Bank of Pakistan on non-judicial stamp paper in favor of SNGPL. Quotations received without the required bid bond or tender download and printing charges fee will not be considered for evaluation. All bids must strictly conform to the technical specifications and terms and conditions set forth in the tender enquiry documents.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, technical specifications, and bid evaluation criteria are available on the PPRA website (EPAD) at www.ppra.gov.pk and the SNGPL website at www.sngpl.com.pk. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Procurement Department, SNGPL Project South Spread KLP Road Near Jamal Din Wali Bypass, Sadiqabad, on or before 8 June 2026 at 15:00 hours. Only authorized representatives with proper authority letters may attend the public bid opening.
