Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, dealers, and authorized stockiest suppliers for the supply of clay for earth filling. This tender enquiry, referenced as FCS/BWP/TE/017/26, is issued by the Procurement Department at the Project South Spread KLP Road near Jamal Din Wali Bypass in Sadiqabad, Punjab. The procurement is open to vendors registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments who possess valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificates and are active taxpayers on the Federal Board of Revenue's list. Eligibility criteria require that bidders possess valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificates, maintain active taxpayer status with the Federal Board of Revenue, and hold appropriate tax registrations. A bid security in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order issued by a scheduled Bank of Pakistan on a non-judicial stamp paper must accompany each quotation. The bid bond value should be based on the quoted material rates and must be submitted in a sealed envelope along with technical and commercial bids. Bids submitted without the required bid security will not be opened or considered for further evaluation.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, and specifications are available on the PPRA web portal (EPAD). Interested bidders must download the documents and submit tender fees of Rs. 1000 via CASH CDR, SDR, Bankers Cheque, or Pay Order in favor of SNGPL to the Procurement Department. Sealed bids must be delivered to the Procurement Department, SNGPL Project South Spread KLP Road, Sadiqabad, on or before 08.06.2026 at 1500 hours. Bids will be publicly opened on the same date at 1530 hours at the office address mentioned in the tender notice. The tender documents also state that bids must be submitted in both physical and electronic formats via E-PADS.
