Description / Scope of Work
China Power Hub Generation Company (Pvt.) Ltd. (CPHGC), a project under the China Pakistan Economic Corridor, is conducting a competitive bidding process for in-land transportation services for coal from Pakistan International Bulk Terminal (PIBT) at Port Qasim, Karachi to the CPHGC site at Mouza Kund, Tehsil Gaddani, Baluchistan in Sindh province. This tender invites qualified transporters to provide bulk cargo transportation services on an open bidding basis. The scope includes provision of transportation capacity with detailed fleet information and available manpower to meet the coal logistical requirements of the power generation facility. Interested bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and sales tax authorities in accordance with Pakistan's laws and regulations. Bidders must demonstrate a minimum of three years' experience in bulk cargo transportation, including coal, grain, and similar commodities, with at least one year of verified experience transporting coal to reputed companies. Financial documentation requirements include audited financial statements for the last three years, and bidders must provide credit ratings from PACRA, JCVIS, or other internationally recognized rating agencies, or alternatively a credit recommendation letter from their bank. All bidders must possess Pakistan-relevant safety qualifications or internationally recognized equivalent certifications. Request for Proposal (RFP) documents are available upon deposit of a non-refundable fee of PKR 25,000 into the designated account. The RFP collection deadline is 08 June 2026 at 1600 hours, and bid submission deadline is 09 June 2026 at 1200 hours.
