HT/LT Structure and Electrical Connection Works by IESCO

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites sealed bids for procurement of civil works related to HT/LT structure provision, electrical connection from Model Prison H-16 in Islamabad, shifting of HT/LT lines at Army Graveyard Road, and HT/LT works including ELR/DOP and underpass at Peshawar Road in Rawalpindi. These safety hazard works are being undertaken by City Construction Division Rawalpindi under tender reference 73/2025-26. The project scope encompasses multiple electrical infrastructure components designed to address safety concerns and provide reliable power supply connectivity across Federal territory including Islamabad and Rawalpindi regions.

Bidders must meet eligibility criteria as defined in the bidding documents and are required to submit a bid security as specified in the Bid Data Sheet, either in the form of a pay order, call deposit, or bid securing declaration in the format provided. The procurement follows a Single Stage-One Envelope process using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Only contractors registered on EPADS v2.0 platform are eligible to participate in this bidding process.
