Description / Scope of Work
The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO), Village Electrification department, invites sealed bids for civil works procurement covering HT/LT structure rehabilitation and electrical installation on Adyala Road from Khawaja Corporation to Gorakhpur, including a second independent 11-KV feeder for Gulshan-e-Abad heading station and electrification of a low-lying residential abadi at Ranial, Misriot, Rawalpindi, under the City Construction Programme. This infrastructure development project aims to enhance electrical distribution capacity and residential connectivity in the specified areas of Federal Territory and Rawalpindi. The procurement follows the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and utilizes the Single Stage-One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection technique.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and meet the qualification criteria detailed in the bidding documents. All bids must be accompanied by bid security as specified in the Bid Security Section of the tender documents, which may be submitted as a pay order, call deposit, or alternative instruments, or alternatively as a bid securing declaration in the format provided.
