Description / Scope of Work
Municipal Committee Chakwal invites sealed electronic bids for the construction and improvement of a street drain extending from House No. 94 to Masjid Hayat Al Nabi in Mohallah Line Park, Chakwal, Punjab. The estimated contract value is Rs. 4,000,000 with a project reference number MOI/MC-R dated 08.05.26. This infrastructure development work is being executed to enhance drainage systems and improve sanitation facilities in the specified locality of Chakwal.
Bidders must be registered on e-PADS, FBR, and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) with Active Filer status holding valid NTN and PNTN certificates. Eligible contractors, firms, and companies are required to submit a bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost (Rs. 200,000) in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Banker's Cheque in favor of the Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Chakwal. The procurement is governed by PPRA Rules-2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations-2024. All bids must be properly signed, stamped, and submitted through the e-PADS portal with item-wise rates quoted in both figures and words; percentage-based bids are not acceptable.
Bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS on or before 05.06.2026 at 11:05 AM, with hard copies of bid security to be delivered to the MC Chakwal office by 10:00 AM on the closing date. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 11:35 AM on e-PADS under single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure. The bid validity period is 120 days from the opening date.
