Description / Scope of Work
The Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division), Jhang invites electronic bids for the procurement of furniture and stationery items as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. The tender is divided into two lots: Lot 01 for purchase of furniture with an estimated amount of Rs. 23,80,000 and Lot 02 for purchase of stationery with an estimated amount of Rs. 21,00,000. The procurement is being conducted by the District Courts, Jhang in Punjab province. Bidders are required to be well-reputed, financially sound firms with previous experience in the specific field and must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax, and PRA authorities.
Eligible bidders must submit bid security at 5% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, or Pay Order from any scheduled bank in favor of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division), Jhang. The bid security must be submitted one day before the bid submission deadline in original by post, failing which the bidder will be disqualified. The successful bidder shall deposit a Performance Guarantee equivalent to 10% of the total contract value in the same forms. All rates must be inclusive of all taxes including GST, PST, PRA, and IT, and must be valid for 60 days.
Bidding documents are available on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS), PPRA website, and the court's website at https://jhang.dc.lhc.gov.pk/. Electronic bids must be submitted on EPADS before the closing date of 05-06-2026 at 10:30 A.M., with bids opening at 11:00 A.M. on the same day. Bidders may obtain further information from the office of the Senior Civil Judge. The tender follows a Single Stage-One Envelope Bidding Procedure, and the authority reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals in line with prevailing rules and regulations.
